Classic Wedding Ceremony ($450) *Most Popular Option*

  • Designed for the couple who wish to celebrate their love story with their friends and family with a ceremony created from a vast number of beautiful options and led by a passionate, professional, and personable Wedding Officiant.

  • Includes a free, no-obligation Ceremony Planning Consultation (in person, via Zoom, or by phone) with the Officiant who is available for your wedding day. At this meeting, we discuss the legal requirements for getting married in Ontario; introduce our exclusive online portal, and talk about the vision for your ceremony to ensure there is a good connection.

  • Unlimited access to our exclusive online portal where we provide a step-by-step guide to creating your own unique wedding ceremony using our vast number of ceremony options and ideas. Imagine, creating your own 100% customized wedding ceremony on line, in the comfort of your home, even in your pyjamas!

  • After submitting your ceremony content to us six weeks before your wedding date, we create a ceremony script (manuscript) and email it to you. Religious content is available, but never required.

  • Three weeks before the ceremony, we meet again for our unique “Talk-Through Rehearsal” where we confirm every detail of the ceremony script from start to finish. After that meeting, we email you a final copy of the ceremony script.

  • ​We can offer a full “Walk Through Rehearsal” as an additional service, but it is not required.

  • Arrival 30 minutes before the ceremony to connect with you, the wedding party, and any other wedding professionals to ensure every detail is prepared for the ceremony. We also review the Marriage License and prepare it for signing. We bring a Swarovski pen for the license signing.

  • Unlimited support through the entire planning process.

  • A beautifully led ceremony full of personal touches, heart warming inclusions and overall connection.​

  • We are available to perform ceremonies mornings, afternoons, or evenings, 7 days a week including holidays and our booking forms and payments are done conveniently on-line.

Intimate Wedding Ceremony ($300)

  • This option is for the couple who wish to celebrate their love story in an intimate setting in a way that is both simple and budget friendly.

  • Includes a free, no-obligation Ceremony Planning Consultation (via Zoom, or by phone) where we discuss the legal requirements for getting married in Ontario and confirm the details and vision for your wedding ceremony.

  • You are provided with 5 beautifully crafted, complete wedding ceremony scripts. You choose the one that best reflects your values, style, and personality.

  • Three weeks before the ceremony, we meet with you by phone for our unique “Talk-Through Rehearsal” where we confirm every detail of the ceremony script from start to finish. After that meeting, we email you a final copy of the ceremony script.

  • Arrival 30 minutes before the ceremony to connect with you, the wedding party, and any other wedding professionals to ensure every detail is prepared for the ceremony. We also review the Marriage License and prepare it for signing. We bring a Swarovski pen for the license signing.

  • We can offer a full “Walk Through Rehearsal” as an additional service. but it is not required.​

Basic Wedding Ceremony ($200)

  • This option is for the couple who want a simple way to get married without all the options of a Classic or Intimate Ceremony. It includes the two of you and your two witnesses.

  • Includes a free, no-obligation Ceremony Planning Consultation (via Zoom, or by phone) where we discuss the legal requirements for getting married in Ontario and confirm the details of a Basic Ceremony.

  • On your special day, we arrive before the ceremony to connect with you, review the Marriage License, and prepare it for signing. We bring a Swarovski pen for the license signing.​

  • We lead the ceremony with the most basic elements for you to get legally married, including standard marriage vows affirming your intention to be married, signing of the marriage license, and pronouncing the Official Declaration.

  • You must provide two witnesses or they can be provided by us for an additional fee ($30 each)

  • ​You can connect with us anytime if you have questions.

  • We are available to perform Basic Ceremonies weekdays year-round. Note: there is an addition $100 fee for weekends. Our booking forms and payments are done conveniently on-line.

Rehearsals 

  • Every wedding ceremony we perform is well rehearsed. As trained and experienced Wedding Officiants, we bring both competence and confidence to every ceremony we conduct.

  • Three weeks before your wedding day we complete our unique “Talk-Through Rehearsal” with you, where we confirm every detail of the ceremony script from start to finish. After that meeting, we email you a final copy of the script. For many couples this is both suitable and satisfactory. A “Talk-Through Rehearsal” is included in our Classic and Intimate Wedding Ceremony options.

  • We also offer the option of a formal “Walk-Through Rehearsal”. This is where you and your wedding party meet at the venue (or other location) to walk through and practice the entire ceremony script in a physical, visual manner. There is an addition fee charged for this service.

  • The choice whether or not to have a formal “Walk-Through Rehearsal” is entirely yours and depends on several factors including the complexity of the ceremony, availability of the venue, etc.

  • Our “Walk-Through Rehearsal” are efficient, well run, and take about 30 minutes.

  • The fee for a “Walk-Through Rehearsal” is $125

Important Details

  • Following every wedding ceremony, we take care of the administration of all the legal documents including providing you with the “Record of Solemnization of Marriage,” mailing the Marriage License to the Registrar General’s Office and filing the marriage registry sheet in accordance with the Marriage Act.

  • Each couple is responsible to purchase an Ontario Marriage License. Licenses are available from any city hall in Ontario and may be purchased up to 90 days before the wedding date. Fees vary by city.

  • Because we serve a very broad community of couples religious content for your ceremony is offered but never required. We respect people of all or no faith backgrounds.

  • Our attire, communication style, and presentation are always professional and personable, never cheesy, or inappropriate.

  • Certified relationship coaching is available to every couple, but not required
